Is this an error card? And what would be it's worth

I recently got this from a Spanish ascended heroes blister. At first it looks like just a misprint, but as you can see in the second picture, the bottom of another card is on this top. Is this a real error card and how much would it be worth?

Do you guys think spoofers will be able to take part in the mega Mewtwo raids?

Since the 'holding up phone-mechanic' is being added, spoofers won't be able to take part in the raids. Do you think this will work or that spoofing programs will find a solution for this?
