What is the cheapest way for us to rent
Me and my boyfriend (who is a uk native) want to rent an apartment in Notts for September. Every summer I leave to go back home and he will go to live at his. We leave the country in 2 weeks so times pushing in(
Now, we are both unemployed and my parents cover my living expenses, and we both currently live in student accommodation, though he quit uni so he is no longer a student. He is planning to try and get a job in August but we all know how the market is right now..
We looked at guarantor services and they all are very very expensive, and we are not sure where to find a loophole in this thing. Obviously I can have him as a permittent occupier in some cases, but before we even move on to that we need to find a way to bypass the whole guarantor bit… None of his family can be our guarantors, I will spare the details.
Any advice?
