Granted LCWRA just days ago and already have a review..? Further evidence review
Hello, I've never claimed any benefits before but I applied in January for PIP and UC and within days of each other I was approved for both PIP and LCWRA. I have an appointee as I'm mute if that matters.
I then get a notification of a review held at a job center, and we ask for this to be held online because of my communication needs. They ask me to upload 3 months of documents and that's... Basically the entire appointment. I get the request on my journal at 0930, uploaded by 0935. Then I send a message that I received a PIP back payment and they reply telling me "There is a payment blocker on your claim to verify capital. Please call the Universal Credit helpline to book an appointment" I respond asking for clarification and they never got back to me. This was the 30th of June.
Today they send me a notification, appointment for further evidence review at a job centre, in person :(. Journal message comes later stating they need... three months of bank statements???? To verify my capital and identity
Am I in trouble??? Have I done something wrong and not realised??? "Please note that this is likely to take longer than the scheduled 10 minutes on the notification"
I have asked if my appointee can attend in my absence or if they can do what they did before, and let us have this review online or via the journal and I can upload everything they need today
I really, really want to avoid going somewhere in person. I come very overwhelmed with real time communication, it takes me much longer to say what I could say over text in a video call
Am I overthinking it
ETA: I don't know if I have capital over the limit, I'm including this because of the bot comment but I have told UC about both my current account and lifetime ISA.. I have savings from when I used to work, and I recently received £3130.19 in backpayment for PIP as it got approved in June and I applied in January, I got standard mobility and enhanced daily living. And I get LCWRA but I haven't had any payment for that yet nor a letter so I don't know how much that is to be monthly? I've never hidden anything
