Frustration defines my first pitboss

Got a Austin xl. It took almost 2 weeks to deliver it. Looks beautiful. Auger motor came fucked..unit was also giving electric shocks while turned on. Called warranty. They said 2 parts would be sent. One week later, just got one...and it was broken. I think i regret not getting a traeger

Ive been feeling my key fob lazy. Like slow responses. Now it completely stopped working. No button works, panic, open/close or remote start. Just added a brand new battery today. The prox sensor seems to work cuz i can open and cloae the car touching the door handle and the car starts no problem. Suggestions please?
