A lady has tons of this in her pond. She swears it keeps the water clean. It has a mesh like texture. Google says it may be algae.

This is my first year growing tubers. My first LeBaron bloom was a stunning red. The new blooms are not. Why is this ? Is there anything it needs in the soil to bring back the red ?

So my ex is in arrears $14k. He has not made regular payments but last year he had several months where he did pay. He has not filed taxes in many, many years. I just received a payment which I'm guessing is an IRS intercept. GA Dept of HR collects the payments. The last time that happened, he had filed jointly with his new wife. GA held the payment for several months I guess to allow her to file an injured spouse claim with the IRS. So I did receive less than I was initially notified after a few months. Since a spouse has several years to file, I'm wondering if GA will claw back the money they send me ?
