I’m brand new and cannot really determine which to go with. I previewed some of the workouts for both and they seem kind of similar. I’m looking to tone my body and lose inches and gain strength and flexibility, but I feel like that can be done with any of the teams. I don’t mind either of the trainers so not sure what to use to determine what’s right for me! I will add that I am wanting to try out Pilates but also unsure if I want completely Pilates. Any input is much appreciated!

I just signed up for my free trial week and did a welcome workout from Define, but I’d like to try some of the other teams’ welcome workouts. How do I go about doing that? I can’t seem to see any other welcome workouts. When I switch teams it just shows me the regular daily workouts. Thanks in advance!
