Detached casita available for rent in central Phoenix off 24th Street and McDowell Road. Price is $1,000 per month and includes all utilities. Prefer long term tenant but will consider short term.

There will be two female tenants renting the main house on the property, and they have asked that the casita tenant also be female. They do each have a small/medium dog.

Edit: More specifically, it’s located off 22nd Street and Oak in between Thomas and McDowell, just west of 24th Street. None of the maps I have looked at show it is as a high crime area - marked as low with borders on some medium areas.

Almost new 25 lb bag of dog food. My dog is moving to a different diet for health reasons and shelters will only take unopened bags.
