Well I searched some stuff up on Google and saw that some iisers have a little bit of ragging so I just want to know which iiser is the safest for girls. Is ragging still prevalent in iisers? Which iiser has the least ragging?

And which of them have the best environment overall considering safety, senior-junior relationship, and also friendship among peers?
