I went for a massage today, this was my 3rd massage with this person. She normally walks in and begins playing relaxing music on her phone. Today while setting up her phone she states “I’m feeling a true crime podcast today.” I didn’t know what to think, I thought maybe she meant she plans to listen to one later?? But no, she begins playing a podcast about a horrific murder (with ads included, as well as real, distressing 911 calls). Has anyone else experienced a massage therapist playing anything other than relaxing music???
