Permanent hangnail
So I’m not usually one to fix my nails, but my nails are naturally strong look ok natural (in my opinion). But I have a permanent hangnail that I have had for years. I never pull on it, but it doesn’t grow together. I cant afford to go to a professional, but is there anything I can do at home to fix this? Ive tried cutting it and I’ve tried leaving it alone… what do I do?
