Hotpix to prevent automatic updates?
Hey guys,
I jailbroke my kindle paperwhite 12 gen firmware 5.19.6 a few days ago. I used Vera jailbreak. The kindlemodding.com said to delete Vera and Font configuration after the device is jailbroken so I deleted those books. I am using koreader with SimpleUi. I thought we had to install another file to prevent future updates. I think it was called hotpix? Something like that but I can’t find any information about this on kindlemodding.com anymore. Do we not need this anymore? Can somebody please clarify? I just wanna make sure my Kindle doesn’t get automatic updates in the future. I would be devastated if I lose my jailbreak. Thank you so much. I appreciate it.❤️🙏

Need help removing the book description
Hi everyone
So I put books in my korader book folder. I deleted the book because I noticed it has descriptions and I went to calibre and edited metadata and converted it and uploaded it again. But the new edited book still shows the book description. How do I fix this? Please help! Thank you! 🙏

I finally did it guys! Now I need help from here. How to install koreader, simple UI, ZenOS?
Yes I did read the info on kindke modding.org but it’s not very clear. It says download homebrew and koreader but it doesn’t say how. Do I need to use s computer or you can download it on the kindle itself? Any help is greatly appreciated! Sorry English is my 4th language!
