Hi all! I recently moved out of a rental property and the agent is asking for £600 to replace the entire countertop.

There is a stain from a pan only in one part of the counter. Additionally, there was a wall mounted wardrobe in a room with a leak on the ceiling (leak was already there when I moved in). So I removed the wardrobe from the wall. The wardrobe is fully functional but just not wall mounted anymore.

They have quoted me £600 to replace the entire countertop and mount the wardrobe.

Is this a fair quote?

Hi all!

I am looking to sell a sofa set (manual recliner , 3 seater and 2 arm chairs), 2 wardrobes, a fridge and washing machine. They’re all in working condition and have been used very well.

Could you please advise me on the best way to sell these furniture/appliance quickly as I am moving house soon. I have listed on gumtree and Facebook marketplace but am still struggling to sell. I have done this in the past and managed to sell furniture quite fast so not sure what I’m doing wrong?
