Advice on choosing Day Tour: Chichen Itza & Turtles
I'm only in Cancun (staying in hotel zone) for 4 full days and while I'm there I would really like to visit Chichen Itza but also do one of the snorkelling with sea turtles experiences if possible.
My issue is, is that most day tours offer very similar things for both attractions and also take up a full day so I was wondering if anyone could advise on which tour they think I should take and whether I might be able to do the other thing on my own? I would have to take public transport or taxis as I won't be driving.
Chichen Itza excursion:
-Chichen Itza
- Cenote swim with tequila tasting lunch
- Vallodolid
Sea Turtle excursion:
-Tulum ruins
- Cenote el sueno
- Snorkelling with turtles from Akumal Beach
- Punta Venado Beach Club for lunch
Might be worth mentioning I am also already booked on the whale shark swim that takes me to Isla Mujeres for lunch.
I hope I'm making sense re the advice I'm asking. Basically, if you were me what would you do? Would you just sacrifice one thing for the other?
Warped Tour Mexico VIP sold out?
I know this will probably get lost in the DC chatter but I was looking at going to go to the MX Warped and on the website the link for VIP passes just takes you to the ticketmaster page for the general admission. I was wondering if anyone might know if this is a glitch or if they’re just not available anymore. Usually you can still see them on Ticketmaster as an option even if sold out?
I’m coming from the UK so if anyone can recommend me where is the best place for Mexican resale it would be much appreciated.
