Dan needs to play a Pokemon game.

After many years and playthroughs of various Pokemon games, and several raps created from scratch about Pokemon, it's clear Dan knows nothing about Pokemon. In today's episode, he didn't know that Pokemon Centers restore a Pokemon's power points.

So the best solution? Obviously, to be the one playing a Pokemon game!

It'll be his first playthrough, so a Nuzlocke is out of the question. But what should be his first game? I'm somewhat tempted to say he should just start at the beginning, with Pokemon Blue. It's only 150 Pokemon, so it'll be easier to learn, and it's got the most retro jank. But it is tedious, as many of those early generations are. Though, he'd be able to learn what MissingNo is!

LeafGreen is a better compromise, but it's too similar to FireRed, which they've already played.

I think the 3D games would be too uncomfortable for him, so nothing beyond Sun and Moon.

My best guess is Pokemon Let's Go Eevee, as it's incredibly easy, limited to the original roster of 150, it's 2.5D and very pretty, and is relatively short. But the only Pokemon in it that he's expressed interest in (as far as I can recall), is Rapidash. No Stantler, no Girafarig, no Xerneas, etc.

What do you think would be the most feasible for him? Do you think he can actually do it?
