I made this a few years ago; a little postcard I was inspired to create shortly after moving to the area. Never thought to post it here until now.

For anyone curious how to achieve this visual style, the layer structure is:
- Original Snapshot, colour blending
- Full colour gaussian noise (400%), 16% opacity, soft light
- Slightly blurred version of original snapshot, multiply blending
- Original Snapshot
With red/blue channel shifting for chromatic aberration, on the final output.
