Sunflower cake for sisters birthday.
I used Sally’s Baking Addiction Zebra Cake recipe but with her vanilla buttercream frosting. I wasn’t planning on making a crumb center on top but one layer was under cooked so I made thin slices, baked them low and slow like biscotti and crumbled them for the center of the flower. Was a nice added texture.
