Hello!

I'm planning on following Juno's enhanced cream recipe but there's very little information on methodology, just ingredients.

Can the ingredients be mixed at room temperature (vegetable oil, isopropyl myristate + raws) or do I need to introduce heat during the process? What order should I combine ingredients etc?

Any information would be handy.
