Looking for support

6 months ago my mother got sick. All blood tests were fine but she was retaining fluid in her abdominal area. They did a mri and discovered stage 4 cirrhosis of the liver. She has never been a drinker and they came to the conclusion it was Fatty liver disease.

Her first GI doctor gave her a MELD score of 15 back in May. She changed her diet, Quit smoking but things got worse fast. She was having Paracentesis every few weeks. But unfortunately wasn't happy with the albium after. This caused her ammonia and potassium to skyrocket and stressed her kidneys so bad she spent 10 days in the hospital and is now on dialysis 3 days a week in hopes to fix the kidneys. Her MELD score is now at 26 and is being introduced with liver transplant team.

She's home now but really weak, tired and now needs a walker to get around.

Has anyone else had a parent or loved one go through this? Or even yourself at this stage? What were the outcomes? Sending love to all the folks that have to deal with this.

Amazon charged me twice and won't refund the second charge

So this happened a couple hours ago and need some feedback on how to proceed.

So I live in the USA but am from Canada, I use amazon.ca for psn gift cards as I can't get Canadian ones here in to USA.

Anyways, I place an order for 1--$100 dollar one and 1-$50 dollar one. 10 minute went by I got my order complete but it only included the $100 one. I waited an hour and decided to talk to chat. After na hour with them they couldn't figure out why it was processed seperate. Finally I asked if it would just be fast to cancel that order and reorder another one. She said she would cancel it and I can reorder. She stayed online with me til I processed the next order. Figured that was that and I'd just wait for the order to process.

Fifteen minutes go by and I get 4 emails. Both transactions went through. So I go back and reach out to them again and they refused to fix it, refund or credit me because it has to do with video games. Eventually I got pissed because after 2 hours of being on with support I got no where.

What can I do? Is the only option to charge back with my bank?

My elderly neighbor who I surprised last year and took him to the wake forest game wanted to show off his FSU room

He went to FSU back in the early 70s, unfortunately he can't drive much anymore and we live a few hours from Tallahassee, so getting to games is tough. But he sure has alot of neat pictures on his walls and wanted to share.

Coming to a game from out of town and have questions.

Delete if not allowed.

Saints are playing the raiders on the 27th right around the corner from my dad's birthday who's a raiders fan. New Orleans is the closest nfl team to us and I want to take my dad to the game. I just had a few questions as I've never been before and hoping yall could help.

1)Best place to get tickets? Is everything resale as I see on every site or is there a direct way to purchase them.

  1. Any sections in the stadium that is not great to sit in and I should avoid?

  2. How's the tailgating? Anything I should know?

  3. if we're staying in Mandeville aside from driving what's the best way to get to the game?

  4. Anything yall could advise on that I have not asked please do.

Thanks for any and all responses
