Buying 3 ACs today — Amazon/Flipkart vs Croma/Reliance? Where can I get the best deal?

Planning to buy 3 ACs today:

2 × Daikin 1.5 Ton 3★

1 × Panasonic 1.5 Ton 3★

I’m confused between buying online during the Amazon/Flipkart sale or going to Croma/Reliance/local authorized dealers.

Online, I can use the SBI credit card discount + sale offers, but I’m wondering about the actual experience with:

Product quality/variants — are online and offline units the same?

Installation and after-sales service

Warranty/replacement if something goes wrong

Overall customer support

Since I’m buying 3 ACs together, I’m also planning to visit Croma/Reliance and negotiate. I’ll show them the final online price after SBI card discount and ask if they can match/beat it, possibly with some additional discount/freebies.

For people who have recently bought ACs:

  1. Where did you get the lowest final/effective price — online or offline?

  2. Do Croma/Reliance/dealers actually price-match online prices after card discounts?

  3. Is there any difference in product quality, model/variant or warranty between online and offline?

  4. Which gives better installation and after-sales support?

  5. If you were buying 3 ACs today, which option would you choose?

Would especially appreciate recent real-world experiences with Daikin/Panasonic and anyone who negotiated for multiple ACs.

TL;DR: Buying 2 Daikin + 1 Panasonic, all 1.5T 3★ today. Should I go with Amazon/Flipkart sale + SBI card discount or negotiate with Croma/Reliance/offline dealers? Looking for the best combination of price + product quality + installation + after-sales support.

P.S. I used ChatGPT to refine/structure my thoughts for this post, but the questions and situation are genuinely mine. 😅
