I found a lamprey in Oak Creek at McDonald Dunn forest!
I found what I think was lamprey in oak creek today at around 3pm. I’ve never seen one before!
Color: greyish
Size: about 4-5 inches long
Behavior: it seemed like it was using its nose to try and dig around the rocks at the bottom of the creek
Texture: slimy and similar to a newts tail
