Does anyone else get slight irritation near the tear ducts when using the Retroid Pocket Flip 2?

Hey everyone,

I wanted to see if anyone else has experienced something similar. When I use the Retroid Pocket Flip 2, after a while I get a very slight irritation/discomfort in both eyes, around the tear ducts.

The weird thing is that this doesn’t happen to me when I use my Steam Deck LCD, even when playing for quite a while.

Could it simply be a matter of getting used to the Flip 2’s screen, size, viewing distance, etc.? Or has anyone else noticed something similar with this device?

It’s not really painful or anything, just a mild irritation that I find strange since I don’t get it with the Steam Deck.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is it something that might just take some time to get used to?

How is the long-term durability of the Pocket Fit?

How is the long-term durability of the Pocket Fit?

I’m seriously considering buying a Konkr Pocket Fit, but I’m a bit concerned about its long-term durability.

I’ve been reading quite a few posts about units that suddenly won’t turn on anymore, battery issues, and even some reports of swollen batteries. I know that people are more likely to post when something goes wrong, so I’m wondering how representative these reports actually are.

For those of you who have owned the Pocket Fit for a while:

- Have you experienced any hardware failures?

- How has the battery held up over time?

- Have you had any issues with the console not turning on?

- Would you consider it reliable enough for daily use?

- And, knowing what you know now, would you buy it again?

I’d really appreciate hearing from both people who have had problems and people whose units have been completely trouble-free. I’m trying to get a realistic idea of the failure rate before pulling the trigger.

Thanks!
