14 months since herniated disc

Got a hernited disc in June 2025, still not healed, still only able to work 50%.

Feels like it stopped healing 6-7 months ago and havent improved not even the slightest.

Got one bulging disc and 1 disc that broke (the atuff inside leaked out)

No nerves are squeezed the doctors says, but it's now been 14 months since the injury and everypne says it should of healed already long time ago?

cant walk to much, cant sit to long, cant stand to long nor can I lay down to long

Kinda lost at this point, especiallt since it's not improved the slightest for half a year now

Constant cravings/hunger? Did I break?

Any nutritionist/human body / GLP1 experts out here that can help me.

Started using tirzepatide 1,5 years ago during my cuts(cycled, on for cuts, off outside of cuts) everything was good, no crazy bouncebacks, no crazy hunger after stopping etc. Everything was fine, swapped to reta few months ago and it was also working fine. ( used on 2 minicuts before), but now I am in a BAD place. Stopped using, it was fine and all, then started gaining a bit to mich weight to fast and didnt wanna cut yet so started low dose reta again, then 2 months in I started my cut but I couldnt ever feel "full" like I used to, and had cravings like I usually dont have. Managed 4kg in 12 weeks (where I usuallt drop 10kg in 12 weeks) cuz I always had small snacks due to cravings. And now I am off diet, on a low dose reta but i can literallt eat 4000 calories in a sitting and still not feel full? Or I feel full but I still want to eat food, constant cravings and no discipline to say no to myself anymore, cravings just hit way to hard.

Any ideas why this is? Cuz it's gettikg out of hand, already back +5kg since cut ended 1,5 months ago cuz I cant stop eating.
Feels like a eating disorder at this point.

TLDR ; developing ED? Cant ever feel full / always wanna eat on something, always craving something.

Or just a temporary thing?

Went 90-75kg no drugs, after that I started cycling reta for diets to make my life easier only. Never had ED before or any other issues.
