I wasn’t quite sure how to title this but last month I ordered 7.2mg so got three 2.4mg pens. I’ve been on 2.4 for a few months and hadn’t lost much since switching from Mounjaro in January. I’m on my second week where I took 4.8mg instead of going straight to 7.2mg and things seem to be moving again.

I’m thinking of just ordering 7.2mg every six weeks for now, instead of every four weeks but I’m worried that SOP will not like that. I can add in the extra notes bit of the questions they ask to say what I’m doing but I don’t want them to cut me off for using it differently to how it’s prescribed.
