My account got hacked and support will not do anything about it.

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this but there is literally no where else for me to go. Sunday night I get an email saying the the email address for my PlayStation account has been changed followed shortly by a text message saying the 2fa has been deactivated. I spend all day Monday and the beginning of today trying to get my account back but no matter what I do, they just give me the same message "Due to security reasons, we are unable to assist you with this specific account at this time." Chat support and phone support says the same thing. And when I asked to speak to a supervisor, they said the exact same thing. Phone support even said that I should contact my bank and try to get my money back.

I do not share my account with anyone. I rarely have PS+ or play online as I pretty much have a PS5 for exclusives. I don't know how someone could've got in without triggering 2fa being sent to my phone.

Do you guys have any suggestions or ideas? I don't know what to do and I just want my account back.
