Driver infront of the driver slammed on their brake to make a turn, then the driver in front of me braked, and my brakes didn’t stop me in time.

I love the way this car looks. Is this just a lip on a stock bumper, or is this a custom bumper. And if it’s a custom, do they make it in a dolphin nose
