Hi all, I've been trying to get into my company sponsored 401k account. For whatever reason I when I try to reset my password it just says my information isn't correct. I decided to give them a call where they asked me 2 security questions (that I don't necessarily remember setting up but it's been awhile). These questions I ABSOLUTELY know the answer too but the woman on the phone kept saying they are wrong. At this point I don't know what to do in order to get back in. Has anyone been in this situation before?
