My husband and I are looking at buying this camper. It’s a 2021 Sabre 37fll 5th wheel. I took photos of the only problematic things I could find included below. They are asking $26,000. There is one small area of delamination, not sure what is happening behind the front door glass, and the awning may need repaired/replaced. What’s a good offer based on that? Not pictured, all interior blinds will need to be replaced.
