FTO megapost - links to all the best tutorials and resources for Bencisco
In case you don't know what hardware to get, at the time of writing this post it's definitely the Dayan. If you can't get the Dayan for some reason, the Diansheng Neo can be good too, but you MUST adjust the tensions carefully (otherwise it's guaranteed to explode). If you can't get the Dayan and also can't setup a puzzle, the QiYi will do the job - it's not as good but it's completely usable for sub 30 solves and won't explode. If you're super broke, there is the Shengshou, but you're better off saving for a non magnetic QiYi.
The method you want to learn is Bencisco, but the original tutorials use an unusual colour scheme and a complicated LL approach that is no longer the meta.
This is the best short tutorial for experienced cubers: https://youtu.be/_OytzY4b9gE
This is the best longer tutorial that you can definitely follow if you can solve a 3x3: https://youtu.be/6GIyEJP5FO8
Here is a text version for those who don't like video (but note that it doesn't include the best LL method): https://www.reddit.com/r/Cubers/comments/1up6zsw/written_fto_tutorial_bencisco_method_2026_color/
If you already learned from Ben's original tutorials, you must learn 2 look TCP which is just a better way to do last layer: https://youtu.be/EC98RYmULXo
If you don't want to learn any new alg, or keep forgetting the two that you need for 2 look TCP, I feel you, here I show how to do that step using only 3x3 algs: https://youtu.be/Dmr6e_alR3Y
The above is more than enough to get you solving, but if you want to dig deeper, here's some more good stuff.
To handle bad LBT cases with Big Brain techniques (keyhole): https://youtu.be/SdygFuU4wzw
To build centers more cleverly: https://youtu.be/S5UHmEHF1H0
A whole bunch of tips and tricks in one video: https://youtu.be/DFCcEe37j0I
There is much more to learn beyond that, but it's above my current level and if you're at that stage you're experienced enough to find stuff on your own :)
In case anyone is wondering, yes it can be solved one handed, including without table abuse, but I'm not aware of any tutorial or even know techniques.
It can also be solved blindfolded of course, and amazingly there is actually a tutorial for that: https://youtu.be/RDzjMz1oK9c
Happy solving everyone :)
