8a on left, 10a middle, 11PXL right. Signal strength is more or less inconsequential...I was seeing it fluctuate back and forth on all the devices. Sometimes the P11XL showed more, sometimes less. But there was a consistent theme. Faster download speeds...and utterly BROKEN upload speeds...like unusable. This has to be either a carrier issue or a bug. Wifi speed test shows a reasonable improvement over the other two.

What was really interesting was after running multiple tests (which were all fairly consistent results), the 8a and 10a were blazing hot...like seriously hot. The 11PXL was not even warm. MAJOR difference in efficiency in using mobile data in tests.
