Hello URGENT HELP NEEDED REGARDING DEPC

I am joining IITD one month post joining date due to health issues . Now, I am joining in ME-1 branch, i have missed one month worth of classes, I want depc to EE3 atleast, or maybe EE1, for which lets say i req 9.6-9.7 cgpa. If i cook all the future tests and exams, is it practically possible?

So i am a neet aspirant, i took pcmb in 12th and I got IITD seat, i didnot withdraw as i was not sure of my neet performance,post which i secured a decent neet rank, now i have come to IITD Can i take a TC from IITD after 2 months and shift to medical college?
