I enjoyed these in my tomato soup, they were very easy to make.

It’s always nice when your food has a bright color!

This was… not my favorite. 😆 It didn’t taste quite right. I do love the sugar free chocolate chips that I melted down though!

One of my last bucket list places is indeed Peru to see Machu Picchu and do some trekking in the Andes mountains. As I was looking up recipes, I realized how deeply rooted the Chinese are in the community. How cool to learn that through recipes!
