Issue with Infinias upgrade.
Hello all, I am hoping someone has run into this issue before and can lead me in the correct direction.
We have an Infinias (3xlogic) Door controller server running infinias version 6. This is running on an older windows server we are wanting to replace. We built out a new server and installed a new copy of infinias 7. We migrated our data over and everything seemed to work fine.
The issue we have ran into is the door controllers themselves. The controllers we are using are eIDC controllers. Any of the older eIDC controllers moved over just fine with no issue to the new server. The newer controllers, which are eIDC32 controllers, do not report online on the new server. They are reachable from the new server and we can log into them just fine, they just never report online on the new server.
I am pretty sure we are missing a step somewhere in the migration process. We have a document that goes through the process and have looked through it several times and have not missed anything on it. Reached out to infinias support and they said we must talk to our dealer. Issue being that the system is so old that our original dealer no longer exist.
I would rather not factory reset a ton of door controllers and set them up from scratch, but I am pretty close to doing that at this point, so any help or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
