Unstable planet + coexist
When there are 3 Infantry on a planet, 2 of player A and 1 in coexistence of player B, and then player B plays unstable planet, can he choose to destroy only 2 infantry of player A and take over the planet?
Or does player B need to destroy all 3 Infantry and the planet stays on player A?
