Anyone have recommendations for the design and colors for this room’s rug? I tried a blue one but I think it’s too much blue now. I also am tempted to try a more neutral rug like the second image. There’s a dark blue accent wall behind the camera.
I’ve been having water hammer issues with one zone in particular that uses 8.9 GPM. I’ve replaced the rotors with pressure regulated ones, which helped but I’m looking for additional options. It’s an Irritrol 2400 body, if I replace it with the 2400 flow control variant can this also help as an easy fix? Has anyone does this before?
I've narrowed my wiring problems to two zone wires that appear to be shorted somewhere, probably from landscaping work. My multimeter reads 2.3 kOhm between two zone wires when they are disconnected from the controller and solenoids. Planning to rent a Tempo tracer, should I connect the two transmitter wires to the two zone wires? For some reason the manual doesnt mention this.
I’m looking to raise up a few heads just an 1” and the typical cut off risers seem to crack easily. Has anyone used these white PVC risers instead? Is the MPT threading compatible with Rainbird bodies without tape/dope?
