I sketched this out all the way back when sumeru first came out. I haven’t been an active player since then and unfortunately no longer have the time or will to finish this but I do lurk in the genshin community still and heard about all the recent mentions of her and figured I’d post this!

I hope she comes back and gets a more satisfying story arc! Maybe It’ll give me another reason to start playing again then :)

Sorry for the crude drawing, my landlord won’t get back to me about the floor plan so I made this using a photo of the ceiling, a grid and rough measurements.

I have a bed, a desk and chair, and a nightstand, laying it out like this puts three nightstand at a slightly awkward angle with a gap between it and the bed, furthermore, the gap between the weird wedge and the bed is pretty small (20ish inches) and while I can walk through it easily, it’s a little awkward.

I also tried another layout (number 2) but it felt super odd and empty, plus I wasn’t huge on sleeping right next to the window wall.

My only requirement is that the desk not be facing the window since I do design work and facing the sun while looking at my monitor would drive me insane. I also like having shelves behind my desk though I can always put them up on the adjacent wall as well.

Any suggestions?
