I'll never get tired of Rean being teased

All MCs are teased, but Rean in one game I think gets more teased than Estelle or Lloyd in all their games together.

This happens when they talk about Rean's meeting with Claire at the bar at night (which Fie was present too)

Also gotta love how Sharon swears she will keep his night escapade "secret", especially from Alisa, but the minute the meeting is over, Alisa calls yelling "YOU'RE WITH ANOTHER WOMAN?!"

Thank you sir, I'm sure it will be most helpful.

Are you sure you wanna donate that, though?

At the beginning of the game, I'm having a lot of doubts

My doubts aren't about the dungeons and the systems within them, they are easy enough to understand, but about the characters and the cards they use.

I was using the Panda (caballo), and his starting cards dealt REALLY low damage, so I started picking runing traces which deal HUGE damage (little stones that keep bouncing on the screen and coming back, I'm describing it because I'm playing it in portuguese and I'm not sure about the cards' names in english)

So I thought: Hey, I'm going to pick the character that starts with this card, so I won't even have to find it! And then I played with it (don't remember which character it is) and... the card dealt ridiculously low damage compared to what it did with Caballo. What's the reasoning of this? It seems all "initial" cards of the characters are designed to deal low damage?

I also tried Giovanna because I saw her very high-rated and couldn't get past the first floor on the "milk factory" (?), her cat daage was terrible and when I used Panda (which is ranked as one of the worst) I went waaay further.

So... I think I'm really not understanding how the damage/character system works at all.
