Rest area & shade

Anyone familiar with the venue where this year's festival will be held at? Going with my friend for the first time, and she has a condition where it's best she minimize sun exposure. So, lots of sunscreen, hats, and uv shirt. But also want to get any idea about how how shaded it will be, and if there are rest areas to relax easily.

Thanks!

Alternate Easy/Long Run Shoe to Torin

Hi all! I've trained in Altras for 3 years and race in carbon shoes (NB FuelCell SuperComp Elite v4, which somehow works for me). I like 0-drop training for balanced muscle/form development, then racing in carbon. I've landed on my shoe size being 9.5 wide with Altras.

My last Torin 8s (9.5 wide) wore out way faster than expected. I'm now in Torin 7s (9.0 with insoles removed, which is working as a stopgap). Looking for a second easy/long run shoe to rotate in. Priorities, in order:

  1. Fit/comfort. My feet need width 2E volume, so anything without an 2E option is out.
  2. Fun. The Torins are solid workhorses but boring. Open to something livelier, especially since my last 8s didn't last that long anyway.
  3. Cost. Want this to be ideally <$160. Can be last year's model (most recently tried the NB 1080 v14s in 9.5 regular for ~$80 from a Costco sale, works great and the robust padding is a welcome change, but unfortunately it became clear I need a wide).
  4. Drop. Open to going above 0 for form variability, and open to other brands (though still love Altras).
  5. Longevity. My last Torin 8s were done by ~233 miles (feet started hurting); my first pair lasted 300. I'd consider ~250 acceptable for this shoe.

What would you rotate in?
