Parking valet proposal. Do you guys receive daily rates, monthly rates, hourly rates for attendants?

Small local valet company that has been sending our proposals that is monthly rate but I guess maybe I should be sending out it as daily rates or hourly rates per day etc? What is the most common way?

Local valet company Az. How much would you charge restaurant for holidays only? (Per day)

Local valet company in Arizona, a restaurant that does about 1200-1500 covers on major holidays is asking how much would it be for those days so what is an acceptable rate ?
