I don't have a green line next to the hole to show me how to line it up to push the trimmer line through. When I push trimmer line into that hole that's very shiny it just stops and doesn't go anywhere. I opened it up and I thought well maybe I can just wind it by hand but there are two levels and I don't know if I should wrap half of the line around the first and half of the right line around the bottom. And anyway I'm having a terrible time figuring it out and I could use some advice.
