I was able to do it right two times in a row earlier, but now it's back to being like this.
Is it because of the skull RNG? If so, then how others are able to do this rotation consistently?

I primarily help with character building stuff and valiant chronicles, but I've also tried helping with exploration, which turned out to be, personally for me, miserable. I've avoided helping with exploration because I expected that people would just ask me to clear things for them while they're doing something else entirely, or just blindly follow me, expecting me to find all the treasures for them. My expectation turned out to be true and I'm strongly against that behavior, since the exploration is basically the main thing of Genshin Impact. It's almost like asking me to play the game for them. All the while tools like appsample or teyvat interactive map exist, which appears aren't being utilized (older zones don't have OP compasses). I'd much prefer following them around and kill stuff for them to speed up the process, not the other way around.
Now, what does the system has to do with this? Currently, the way I find players is through the domains if it's for artifacts, and through the F2 menu if it's for building/chronicles (but sometimes artifacts as well). The issue is that I have to scroll for quite a while to find a proper request for help, rather than just generic "help", because some of the players need help with exploring, which I'm not a fan of doing in co-op. Some players that request help don't accept it for reasons, and other players, that don't have a signature, would like to recieve it.
So, I think the game would benefit from a system, where you can put a ticket and choose with what you need help exactly, perhaps even choose how strong a player must be to help you (abyss/IT/stygian progress, avatar frame, namecard, etc.).
