This is not a meme, it's a cry for help

After months of arduous training, I am able to pronounce almost the entirety of the IPA consonant chart.

HOWEVER

The epiglottals [ʡ ʜ ʢ] still elude me. I am aware of their connection to metal singing, but none of the dozens of resources I went through is technical enough for me and I end up just doing creaky or harsh voice instead.

Please help me fulfill my lifelong [citation needed] dream of pronouncing my own flair correctly. You have no idea how much it means to me.
