Whirlpool dishwasher not working

I guess technically it runs, but it doesn’t clean anything. I tried clearing out the water recirculating pump (?) as I saw a video on youtube that fixed it for others but mine still seems to not want to work. We just moved into this house so I have no idea how old it might be or when it stopped working correctly. The arms just refuse to spin

5800 for a new AC unit install, reasonable?

Long story short need a new AC unit. One place quoted us almost 10k but gave us “discounts” to get it down to 7700. Second place told me 5800 and it’s a smaller business with one guy running it and one guy helping him so I’m going with him. Would do more research but selling the house and the close is on june 5 so just gotta get it done. 5800 reasonable for a new unit to be installed?
