Returns at Aritzia
Has anyone else found Aritzia’s online return process in-store more complicated than it needs to be?
I went in today to return an online order. Before going into the store I had taken a screenshot of the QR code from my conf email because there’s never any service in there and impossible to pull up emails while inside.
The associate told me they couldn’t scan the QR code and needed the order number instead. That surprised me because I had just returned something at H&M using a QR code before going into aritzia.
After I found the order number, I was asked when the order was placed to make sure it was within the 30-day return window. I had just received the item last week, so it was definitely within the return window, but I was confused because I assumed that information would already be attached to the order number once it was pulled up.
Finally, I was asked to present the original card for the refund.
I eventually got my refund, but the whole process felt like it involved a lot more steps than necessary. Is this just how Aritzia’s return policy works, or have others had similar experiences?
