Any high-performers here with crazy intense routines? How does Prozac affect your cognitive energy?

Hey everyone!

I’m looking for insights from anyone who has an extremely demanding daily grind and needs to maintain peak cognitive performance and energy all day long.
To give you some context, I’m currently in my medical internship (internato), so my routine requires a massive amount of brainpower and endurance. Right now, my daily stack looks like this: Vyvanse 50mg in the morning and Agomelatine at night to help me catch some sleep.
I'm also currently tapering off Ativan (Lorazepam) because, let's be honest, I really don't want to end up looking like Langdon from The Pitt (Fallout 3) during my hospital rotations lol.
Since I'm adjusting my medications, I wanted to hear from people with high-stress, high-demand schedules: How do you feel on Prozac (Fluoxetine)? Does it cause any brain fog or fatigue, or does it help you power through the day, especially if you also take a stimulant?
Would love to hear your experiences. Thanks!

Severe "Effexor Rage" during Taper. Bridging with Vortioxetine – does it get better?

Finalmente comecei a reduzir a dose gradualmente.

I didn’t really follow forums/news during 2019, so I genuinely can’t tell if people here are overreacting or if this situation deserves real concern.

I keep seeing discussions about incubation period, mortality rate, possible person-to-person transmission, mutations, travel, etc., and it’s hard to separate facts from fear.

For people who actually understand hantavirus or infectious diseases:
how concerning is this realistically right now?
Is this something to monitor calmly, or something that could genuinely become a bigger international issue?
