Tom Waits - Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Complete Concert HD

This got released in full for the first time recently in 15 years! Finally we can now watch the whole concert! I really love this. The first 3 songs were released on a blu ray in 2018, then the final song Get Behind The Mule was released onto the Rock Hall of Fame Youtube channel. Several months ago I managed to contact a guy who works at the Rock hall of fame and ask him to release it and he said he would look into it, and then it showed up on the youtube channel!
I had to work on the audio quite a bit, it needed quite a bit of mastering. Professionally filmed Tom Waits concerts are very rare especially from his later career (1999 to present).

1968 with 1969 audio... just a little experiment ;)

if only 1968 had been recorded on multi track like 1969

I added audio to this footage! Elvis Gives Away Yacht - 1964 (Footage & Audio synch)

This took me forever and was extremely difficult. I made a full version on the channel where you can see the large gaps between the footage clips and hear the full audio. Its much nicer to see this with actual audio. Its very funny when Danny kisses elvis haha

Youtube blocks most footage from EPIC due to copyright. I use this platform called Odysee as a youtube alternative without the rights issues. I have an Elvis Footage Archive here check it out :)

Tom Waits Concert - 1981 Théâtre Le Palace - French TV (NEW COLOR VERSION!)

This was originally broadcast in black and white because most French tv was only just starting to change over to color.

"The first live concert we ever filmed" - why did he say this at the June 9 1972 press conference??

Elvis watched Thats The Way It Is (1970) multiple times and loved it.... so I dont undestand why he said in this press conference, when talking about Elvis On Tour, that it was "the first live concert we ever filmed"... He knew they filmed his live concerts back in 1970...

Do you think folk as a genre is at the core of toms music?

He kinda started out as a bob Dylan style singer songwriter but got more into jazz in the 70s, but i cant help thinking that since then especially in his later career that folk might be at the core of his style and overall sound, what do you think?

Aloha Insert songs - most complete version

55 minute version! I compiled all the best quality audio and footage available of this. This is still not absolutely every last second of audio that was recorded but it is most of it.

can anyone lip read what tom says here? this segment of this speech is missing audio. It leads into him talking about his musical influences.

Tom had every concert on his 2006 and 2008 tours filmed, sadly he's hardly released any of it.

Its going to be 20 years since the Orphans tour of 2006 this August, maybe he will release some more recordings of it then!? Fingers crossed. So far hes only released 4 songs from the tour. This is the only "official concert footage" from toms archive hes ever released, and it was just these 4 songs on an internet website for free - no dvd:
