any tips for some more speed?

I have a 05 Honda metro with 9k miles I just got running, it rides pretty well but starts to bog at 30mph any tips to get a bit more speed out of it? Parts I’ve replaced on it - fuel pump, fuel filter, cleaned fuel tank, cleaned carb/jets, plug, air filter, battery,auto choke, all fluids, belt seems to be in good shape for mileage, haven’t checked rollers yet

05 Honda metro any suggestions? Just cleaned the carb, throttle cable doesn’t seemed to be snagged. idles for a sec then revs up high on its own
