Name the movie that felt this way

For me personally, it was Bigil and Neethane En Ponvasantham.

I like Vijay’s performances in all the his older movies, but this one had so many larger-than-life and too-good-to-be-true sequences (also reminded Chak De India a lot). Can’t wrap my head around the fact that it collected 300 crores several years ago.

Same with NEP as well. It was a good movie to watch once (even though I don’t think any self respecting girl would be behind the guy after so many rude encounters and rejections). I don’t understand the hype behind the movie.
