What should be done?
Guest came to town for a small party (granddaughter's 21st); we were aware of it. Unfortunately, the downstairs air went out. There are ceiling fans but, I'm sure it wasn't as comfortable as planned. They have been very understanding. Should we offer some sort of refund? Thoughts?
