Looking for a wingman in Asia

Any falcon bms enjoyers in Asia? Looking for a wingman to fly with me. Getting back to BMS and it would be nice to have someone to chat with on ingress and egress. Looking for chill players.

Currently located in Japan. I can fly during Japan evenings. DM and I will send my discord.

Got a few questions as a fresh 99 WHM

https://www.bg-wiki.com/ffxi/Fresh_99/RoE_Intermediate_Quest/119_Gear_Guide

I was told to follow this guide but I am a bit confused. Am I supposed to get some armor with the Mog Kupon A-PK109 or am I supposed to trade my copper vouchers for bayld? I only have like 5 copper vouchers. Or do I just do the Intermediate RoE and use the armor it gives me? I am a WHM. Just hit 99. My first. Thank you so much for advice.

Looking for EU Linkshell on Phoenix that is active during EU mornings and afternoons

I'm a new player that is about to hit 99 for the first time. WHM. Looking for a friendly linkshell that can show me the ropes and do content with. Preferably an EU linkshell that is active in the morning to early afternoon. Or an east coast US linkshell that is active in the mornings. Discord is a plus. Thank you for listening!

I heard that Trust damage falls off hard at 99. What about Trust healing?

Is it true that the damage Trusts do at 99 is very low? So If I were to play as WHM with a full team of DD Trusts, I can't solo content?

What about Trust healers? Are they able to heal enough at 99 or will they also be subpar at 99? Thanks for the info! Would appreciate hearing your insight on this!

WHM mana issues while leveling

I like healing my trusts but Cure III only heals for 150 and Cure IV drains my mana so quick. Is there anything I can do to be a better healer while leveling? Anything that can help me keep healing for as long as possible instead of sitting after every fight? Thanks!

New player around level 50. The new player guide is becoming confusing. Can you help explain some stuff?

https://www.bg-wiki.com/ffxi/New_Player_Leveling_Guide#Home_Points_and_Survival_Guides

I'm currently around the level 50 part of the guide and so far it has been going great. I did every little thing the guide listed so far. But now as I get to this middle portion, there's a ton of stuff it wants me to do. It tells me to go to Adoulin, Promathia, Abyssea, and Rank 3 missions. Do I do them all? I don't really know why I'm supposed to do this stuff since I don't really know the destination. In other games, you just have to level to level cap but it seems like FFXI is different. Could you kindly give me some advice on what I NEED to do or things I can skip? Or should I just follow everything in the guide? Thank you so much.

What would happen if I just did nothing but kill monsters to reach level cap? What's stopping me from doing so? Isn't this the fastest way to get to endgame content?

Is it okay if I level up my skills later after I hit 99? With trusts, I don't need to do anything.

I am WHM and it feels a bit strange becaues I am not doing any healing at all. There's nothing to heal because everything dies so quick. Is this normal? Is this the current design so that we just hit 99 as fast as possible? 99 is when the game really starts? Thank you!

Do the quests get better? It feels like I'm in a never ending tutorial about how every system works. When will the story based quests come?

I've been following the BG wiki new player leveling guide and it feels like a huge checklist of learning systems rather than pure questing. Is it because this is the start? Will there be quests like helping a farmer that's under attack from goblins or killing some wolves that are threatening citizens? Because a lot of the RoE quests are like do this amount of damage, summon this trust, reach level 18, etc. When will I get some story based quests instead of these kind of checklist quests that have no story? If I just push through, will the game become better in terms of questing? Please tell me this is just how it is at the start. Thank you!

Is it true that Trusts are overpowered? Would it be possible to not use trusts and duo all the content?

I'm really like FFXI so far, having a blast. But I keep hearing from people that Trusts basically do everything for you. Since you can have a party of five, everything basically becomes too easy. Is this true? If so, I am thinking of just playing with a friend and level to 99 together. Is that feasible or too difficult? I would go WAR and they would go WHM. I tank, they heal. Is this kind of playstyle possible? Thank you! Please do not be afraid to nuke my idea if it's wishful thinking.

240 hour visa free china. Is it safe and trustworthy? Sounds too good to be true.

Sounds almost too good to be true. I am an American currently in South Korea. I will fly from Incheon to Shanghai and then to Macau and then back to Incheon. Will this allow me to stay in Shanghai visa free for 10 days?! Man, it's such a pain to get visa as an American for China and this honestly sounds way too good to be true. And it doesn't even make sense. Why would they allow this just because I visit a third country on my way back home?

If this is really true, is it really just as easy as showing up with passport and screenshot of purchased onward ticket? Also, Macau is okay for this? Isn't it China? Thank you very much!

I am getting into Stellaris and the price is a bit too steep to just try things out. Could you get me started on some "must" have dlcs?

I got Overlord, Machine Age, Utopia, and Megacorp. Any others I should 100% get?
