Booked a day trip to Florence on Monday…

Hi, everyone!

I am going on a trip to Venice next week, and booked a day trip from Venice to Florence but made the oh so dumb mistake of booking the basic Italiarail fare and on a Monday.

I was hoping to visit the Uffizi and Accademic gallery but both will be closed. Is it worth calling a loss on the train ticket and book on a different day or will I still have a great time without these two museums?

Thank you!

Would being an RN help my chances?

Hi!!! This is my first time posting in the subreddit, apologies if I am breaking any rules.. I honestly am pretty self aware that I likely would not get into med school but I am just curious on what someone may think objectively.

I am a new grad RN who did the accelerated BScN with UofT, and finished last month with a cGPA of 3.72. I have had various nursing student placements, and have been working in my nurse extern job for over a year. In October, I will start in a neonatal icu. In my previous bachelor, my cGPA was around 3.2 ish. I have never done research, I have only had a supervised thesis course but I realized it was something I was uninterested in.

I know I definitely want to go back to school, and it is
more likely that I will be choosing a program that uses my nursing degree; but I just want to know if med school is ever an option.

Thanks in advance!
